Your New Role

Strategic Development & Planning 

  • Support in the development of the International Media and Retail Media team’s strategy development 
  • Liaise with business teams on the creation of strategic documentation 
  • Own the submission of International Media and Retail Media OKRs and projects to the wider business strategy

Stakeholder & Relationship Management and Communications

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, partners (agencies and consultants) and country SPOCs
  • Own the operation of all international media communications  
  • Create and coordinate engaging and insightful content to keep key stakeholders (countries, partners, senior leadership) regularly informed and updated
  • Coordinate and prepare for key project and stakeholder meetings, including those with in market teams, leadership teams and cross functional teams (e.g. weekly steering calls, workshop, committee presentations, etc.)

Project and Program Management 

  • Own and continually evolve the departmental approach to project planning, including project and backlog prioritisation, maintaining all tools and tracking activity 
  • Own all project documentation, maintaining an up to date database of projects and milestones 
  • Support the wider team with the tracking and reporting of project progress
  • Own and coordinate the reporting of project progress to the senior leadership team 

Additional responsibilities

  • Support in the coordination of and facilitate International Media onboarding activities for new starters
  • Own the department’s P&L, maintaining tight control over costs and financial planning submissions 

About you

  • Prior experience working in the media space, with a strong background and understanding of marketing and media
  • Excellent at producing stakeholder communications (mainly in Powerpoint) 
  • Prior project management experience 
  • Experience of managing stakeholders 
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment 
  • A systematic and analytical approach to problem solving 
  • Exceptional communication skills and confident communicating with various stakeholders 
  • Ability to create engaging and informative presentations 
  • Experience working across markets internationally is a plus, but not essential

  • 5-day/40-hour week, working Monday-Friday, with an office on demand working model. Your office location will be in Camden
