Marketing Communications and Events Coordinator

Join an industry leading global telecommunications organisation as a Marketing Communications and Events Coordinator.  

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Plan and create content for social media, newsletters, blogs, case studies, and videos.
  • Track and report on performance metrics for newsletters, social media, and exhibitions.
  • Maintain high editorial standards across all content outputs.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of marketing collateral.
  • Manage and execute the delivery of approximately 30 global exhibitions per year.
  • Create and manage exhibition materials in conjunction with graphic designers.
  • Produce copy for flyers, catalogues, and internal/external communications.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing communication materials.
  • Contribute ideas to new marketing concepts, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Provide general support to the marketing team and liaise with other departments.
  • Assist in organizing social and team events and handle ad-hoc administrative duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A relevant degree in Marketing and Communications or a strong understanding of marketing principles with practical experience.
  • Experience in B2B exhibition organisation is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient writing skills with excellent command of punctuation, grammar, and spelling.
  • Experience in using social media for B2B businesses.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is preferred.
  • Strong skills in videography and copywriting.
  • Ability to analyse and report against communications activities.
