Location: South London - Covering multiple showrooms in London Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus Hours: 37.5 hours per week, including Saturdays on a rota basis

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and detail-oriented Bathroom Designer with strong technical expertise to contribute to innovative, high-end bathroom designs. The role will involve travelling between multiple showrooms to engage with clients and support sales across different locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and vision for their ideal bathroom.
  • Develop high-quality, comprehensive bathroom designs, including layouts, specifications, and construction documentation.
  • Plan and optimise bathroom spaces with a strong emphasis on functionality, compliance, and efficient use of space.
  • Recommend and specify premium fixtures, materials, and accessories that meet both design and technical standards.
  • Travel between multiple showroom locations, ensuring a consistent and high level of service across all sites.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bathroom Designer, ideally within luxury interiors or high-end residential design.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in producing detailed design work.
  • Proficiency in design software and technical drawing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A passion for design, particularly within the bathroom sector.
  • Ability to travel between different showroom locations as required.
