We are delighted to be working with a fantastic full-service marketing agency, a creative team based in Essex, that excels in interiors, marketing, and brand strategy. They are currently looking for a Commercial Interior Designer to collaborate closely with the Head of Design, taking full responsibility for the creation and management of various projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled designer to work on a wide range of commercial projects, offering the chance to grow within an established and creative environment.

Some of the projects the postholder will be involved in include modular buildings, amenities, and marketing suites, with a focus on both CAT A/B works and design solutions for the new homes sector. Your role will require you to contribute at every stage, from initial concept development to producing technical drawings, specifying details, and managing multiple projects through to successful delivery and handover.
This is a hybrid role, with 3 of the days from home and 2 in the office. You must be prepared to actively attend site visits and client meetings, research and manage the installation/fit-out duration of projects. You will liaise with experts in engineering, architecture and specialist consultants to deliver confident and skilled space planning, whilst adhering to relevant building regulations.
