The role:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator specialising in high-end interior stonework contracts. The Estimator will be responsible for assessing project requirements, conducting cost analysis, preparing accurate estimates, and communicating with clients and contractors to ensure project success. This role is based in the London Area, United Kingdom.
Qualifications
Estimating, Cost Analysis, and Project Management skills
Knowledge of high-end natural stone materials and installation processes
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, estimating software)
Experience in the construction or interior design industry
