An exciting new role is being created as the Head of Interior Design for a leading and award winning top AJ100 multi-disciplinary practice, specialising in the medium to large-scale residential sector. The practice is extremely well established and has an enviable reputation. They are synonymous with staying ahead of the trends in contemporary, high quality, residential design.

You will be responsible for leading, inspiring, mentoring and managing the expanding Interior Design team, overseeing and delivering all projects from concept through to completion. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing design strategies, developing and maintaining client relationships, exploring new sectors, leading pitches as well as managing resources, budgets and schedules. You will represent the practice both internally and externally in all matters relating to interior design. Typically, projects will be turnkey schemes for developers, communal spaces in developments, BTR developments and student accommodation, but the practice is looking to expand their interiors portfolio of which you will be intrinsic in doing so.

A guide salary of circa 70,000 is on offer although this is negotiable for the right individual, and it includes an enhanced benefits package.
