Position: Interior Designer / Project Manager

Panorama Interior Ltd is now looking for an Interior Designer to join their team, who will manage the designs of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and builders on-site, responding promptly to requests
  • Ensure designs are regularly updated in writing, with all changes documented
  • Liaise with builders to explain design elements and drawings
  • Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories for each project
  • Identify and address any snags or discrepancies between designs and on-site conditions
  • Ensure timely delivery of all materials
  • Keep the office-based design team updated with daily results or changes on-site

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within an Interior Design office
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings
  • Ability to update project schedules and manage budgets
  • Experience in purchasing and ordering materials
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effective communication skills for working with clients and team members
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Photoshop (Revit, AutoCAD, and 3Ds Max are a plus, but not required)
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driving license
