?? Responsibilities:

As an Operations Support, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth logistics and operational efficiency for our client's projects. Your responsibilities will include:

? Coordinating shipments and transportation logistics, ensuring compliance with European regulations.

? Managing paperwork related to transportation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

? Generating purchase orders and tracking order entry packets.

? Liaising with stakeholders and suppliers to reconcile discrepancies and manage shipment dates.

? Creating and publishing customer status reports to keep clients informed.

? Coordinating delivery/installation dates with vendors, clients, and project managers.

? Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
