A Mid Weight FF&E Interior Designer job is now available in SW London. This position will see you working on luxury hotel projects worldwide. A salary of up to 42,000 and a hybrid work set up is available for the right person.

Our client is a leading interior design and architecture studio with projects spanning the globe. Their signature balanced style of understated luxury with a contemporary twist is visible throughout their outstanding portfolio of projects within the hospitality and luxury commercial industry.
They are now looking for a Mid Weight FF&E Interior Designer to join them on a permanent basis and work directly with the Lead Designer on all stages of hotel projects including space planning, FF&E and producing drawings to design intent.

Role & Responsibilities


- Developing and coordinating initial design concepts & palettes
- Working on FF&E sourcing, selection and production
- Assisting in the preparation of detailed specifications/spec books
- Reviewing shop drawings and following up on bespoke furniture and joinery to ensure design intent is retained
- Collaborating with procurement agents when necessary
- Liaising with suppliers and third parties on and off site.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years' experience in the luxury hospitality or residential sector
- Proven ability working on projects from concept to installation
- Familiarity and knowledge of contemporary design styles
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, furnishings, accessories and artwork
- Experience sourcing and specifying FF&E and finishes
- Extensive experience liaising with and overseeing the procurement process/agents
- Confident producing drawings up to design intent
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (preferred), Photoshop, InDesign, Spec Sources and Spec Designer
- Excellent communication skills.
