Senior - Associate FF&E Designer

Location: South Kensington, London
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 p/annum



We are working on behalf of an award-winning, internationally renowned Interior Designer Studio in their current search for a Senior / Associate FF&E Designer to join their well-established team in Central London.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join an industry leading studio, who have been established us as one of the most sought-after names in high-end interior design. If you are an ambitious Senior FF&E Designer dedicated to delivering the highest quality of Luxury Residential projects, then this is the ideal opportunity for you.

You will be joining a well-established team, leading on several luxury and super-prime Residential projects across London. This opportunity would be ideal for a Senior or Associate FF&E Designer looking to take their career to the next level



Package:

  • Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 p/annum
  • 9 day working fortnight (1 extra day off every 2 weeks)

Office:

  • Hours: 9:00 am 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Location: South Kensington, London


Duties:

  • Curate and source exquisite FF&E pieces, ensuring they align with the studios luxury design ethos and meet project briefs.
  • Oversee procurement, supplier negotiations, and budget management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of FF&E items.
  • Work closely with interior designers to develop and execute cohesive, high-end design concepts.
  • Lead and mentor junior and mid-weight FF&E designers, providing guidance and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Plan project resources, manage budgets, and coordinate the installation of FF&E components to the highest standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, presenting design concepts and managing expectations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee installations, ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications.


Requirements:

  • Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Interior Design or a related field
  • Proven experience delivering luxury hospitality or high-end residential projects in the UK
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to run projects from concept to completion
  • Excellent knowledge of FF&E, Suppliers, Materials and finishes
  • Great attention to detail and good eye for design
  • Proficiency in Vectorworks/AutoCad, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design software
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A high-quality portfolio showcasing exceptional FF&E design work
  • Previous experience in a senior role with team management responsibilities is highly desirable
