Office:

Duties:
- Source, specify, and manage the procurement of high-end furniture, fittings, and equipment (FF&E) for luxury residential projects.
- Work closely with interior designers and project teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality designs.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiating pricing and lead times to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee and mentor junior and mid-weight FF&E designers, delegating tasks and ensuring high-quality output.
- Plan project resources, manage budgets, and oversee the installation and styling of all FF&E elements.
- Conduct client presentations, articulating design concepts and ensuring client expectations are met.
- Carry out regular site visits to ensure quality control and seamless execution of design specifications.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in Interior Design or a similar field.
- Extensive experience in luxury residential interiors, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-end projects.
- Proven experience in FF&E sourcing, procurement, and project delivery within London-based studios.
- Strong knowledge of industry suppliers, materials, and bespoke furniture design.
- Full proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and EstiMac.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience managing and mentoring junior designers is highly desirable.
