Senior FF&E Designer

Location: South Kensignton, London
Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 p/annum

An award-winning London-based Interior Design studio is seeking a Senior FF&E Designer to join their talented team. Renowned for crafting exceptional, bespoke interiors in the luxury Residential & luxury Hospitality sector, the studio specializes in high-profile projects delivered to the highest level of detail. This opportunity would be ideal for an FF&E Designer or Senior FF&E Designer with proven experience in the luxury hospitality sector and confidence in using Excel, InDesign, and AutoCAD for FF&E schedules, specifications, and layouts.

Office:

  • Hours: 9:00 am 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday


Duties:

  • Lead the development and delivery of FF&E concepts for high-end hospitality projects, including luxury hotels.
  • Source, select, and specify furniture, fabrics, finishes, lighting, and accessories to meet the projects aesthetic and functional goals.
  • Prepare detailed FF&E schedules, mood boards, and presentations for client approval.
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure high-quality and timely procurement.
  • Oversee FF&E budgets, tracking costs to align with financial constraints.
  • Conduct on-site installations, ensuring that all FF&E elements meet the design intent and quality standards.


Requirements:

  • Degree Qualified in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 5+ years of experience as an FF&E Designer, with a portfolio showcasing luxury hospitality projects
  • Proficiency in Excel, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and AutoCAD, with strong organizational skills for FF&E documentation
  • Excellent knowledge of luxury suppliers, manufacturers, and sourcing processes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with experience managing complex FF&E packages from concept to installation
