The Company

Leading high-end residential interior design firm based in Chelsea, designing classic and contemporary interiors with an inviable reputation need a Senior Interior Designer with a focus on FF&E to join their lovely team.

The Role

Take responsibility for all stages of projects; from taking the initial Client brief in PNC Meetings, preparing FF&E schemes, presenting concepts, specifications and costings to clients.

Manage the design and manufacturing of bespoke designs and co-ordinate with suppliers and our in house Procurement team for receipt into Warehouse in line with schedules.

Mentor junior members of the FF&E team through the design process, including providing creative expertise and direction for all FF&E designers at all levels.

Work with the 3D Visual team, ensuring creative concepts and deadlines are met within the Louise Bradley standard.

Monitor and supervise FF&E team meetings, including team planning and delegation of project and duties. To work with Senior Team and Studio Coordinator to implement and monitor project deadlines and budgets.

Experience and skills required:

-A a minimum of 8 years' experience working in High End Residential or Commercial Interiors

-Excellent attention to detail is a must and a strong creative approach is required

-Presenting to clients and able to produce concept visuals

- Excellent CAD skills

- Have strong FF&E knowledge and be able to produce FF&E specification and schedules to a high standard

- Site experience to ensure projects are in keeping with the design intent, ensuring quality and compliance with statutory requirements

*20 days holiday, excluding bank holidays, and every other Friday off
