A Senior FF&E Interior Designer job is now available in Chelsea, London! This is a fixed term contract of 6 months with the view to become permanent. With projects typically ranging in value from 1-10 million, this role will suit a designer with a technical background and a strong track record working in the luxury sector.

Specialising predominantly within the super prime residential sector, the practice has an extensive portfolio of luxury projects, including properties in Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Kensington, and Belgravia, as well as overseas. Having recently secured some new residential and hospitality projects, they are now looking for a Senior FF&E Interior Designer to join their interiors team of 17 on a fixed-term contract with the view to become permanent.

Role & Responsibilities

- To lead projects from concept through to completion
- Preparing and presenting design proposals
- Working on all aspects of FF&E including research, selection and specification
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and third parties
- Meeting with clients
- Visiting and supervising projects on site.

Required Skills & Experience

- A minimum of 5 years' experience working in the luxury residential or hospitality sectors
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong concept design experience and abilities
- Experience leading multiple projects across all FF&E stages simultaneously
- Impeccable FF&E background and good knowledge of finishes, materials and suppliers
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external teams
- Experience working to a deadline in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Experience in EstiMac/PC, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, SketchUp, Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of AutoCAD would be beneficial
- Eligible to work in the UK.

What you get back

- 48,000 - 5,000 DOE
- Office hours: 9am - 6pm
- Hybrid working, 1 day per week
- Lunch provided Monday to Thursday for all staff
- Days out and events for all staff to attend.
