The Role

The Senior Style Advisor is a brand ambassador who inspires confidence in customers and the team. They are accountable for building a positive and relaxed atmosphere, delivering the highest level of customer experience, exceeding their commercial objectives, and adhering to all operational policies and procedures. The Senior Style Advisor will work in close partnership with the store management team and take responsibility as a key holder.

Senior Style Advisor duties and responsibilities:

Customer experience; Acting as an ambassador, building a community and long-standing customer relationships.
People & leadership; Lead by example, support in delivering training, supervise teams.
Commercial; Providing feedback on new opportunities to improve sales
Operations-; Act as duty manager in absence of leadership team, maintain BOH standards, Execute VM guideline's
