Soft Landscaper - South-West LondonBring Garden Designs to Life with a Growing Company

Halmer Recruit is excited to announce an opportunity for a Soft Landscaper to join a busy and expanding client based in the South-West London area. If you’re passionate about horticulture and landscaping, this is your chance to be part of a team that creates stunning, design-led landscapes that bring clients' visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Soft Landscaper, you will work alongside the construction team to implement horticultural designs, ensuring each project is completed to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Bringing design-led horticultural visions to life, ensuring the finished product aligns with project specifications
  • Maintaining and managing all horticultural elements on site, ensuring plant health and sustainability
  • Turfing and turf maintenance
  • Tree planting (working with specialists when necessary)
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated, and team-oriented individual who can bring energy and expertise to our client's projects. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Recognised horticultural qualifications and solid plant knowledge
  • A full UK driving licence (required due to the locations of job sites)
  • A valid CSCS card
  • Competence in using power tools as needed
  • Certificates in spraying (PA1 & PA6)
  • Strong understanding of health & safety guidelines and a commitment to following them
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with the team
  • High energy and self-motivation, with a talent for motivating others
Hours, Days & Benefits:
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
