**What You Will Do:**

• Lead a diverse team of 27 international direct reports, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Drive operational excellence through the optimization of processes, reduction of costs, and enhancement of productivity and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with third-party Systems Integrators, negotiating favourable outcomes that support the company's expansion and technological advancements.
• Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, data management, and analytics, ensuring technology and systems are robust and effective.
• Implement risk management strategies to safeguard the company against operational risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**What You Will Bring:**

• A relevant degree (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering) with an advanced degree being highly desirable.
• A proven track record of operational excellence, including optimizing processes, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Strong financial acumen, with a solid understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
