We are currently recruiting for Import Coordinators across West London

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Shipment Coordination:

    • Track and monitor incoming international shipments.
    • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
    • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  2. Documentation:

    • Handle and organize customs documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with import laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate records of all imports and shipments.
  3. Problem Solving:

    • Identify and resolve any shipment and import issues.
    • Communicate effectively with suppliers, clients, and transport companies.
  4. Compliance:

    • Ensure all activities comply with local, national, and international trade regulations.
    • Stay updated on current import and export trends and regulations.
  5. Logistics Planning:

    • Plan and implement logistics strategies for future imports.
    • Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven work experience as an Import Coordinator or similar role.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of import regulations and procedures.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.
  • Education: High school diploma; a degree in supply chain management or a related field is a plus.
