International Manager (12 months maternity cover)

The role

The purpose of this role is to manage and support our client’s international activity, including delivering their international strategy. To achieve this, you will work closely with senior internal stakeholders and other colleagues, to ensure the strategic objectives are delivered effectively.

The role involves managing 2 coordinators, as well as Identifying and pursuing funded opportunities that align with the objectives of the international strategy.

Key facts:

Full time maternity cover contract - 12 months

Salary of ca £45,000 pa

Hybrid working pattern: home based combined with minimum 2 days a week in the London office

Candidate requirements:

  • Understanding or experience of professional education, both in the UK and internationally, including delivery of training events
  • Experience of working in an international environment
  • Experience of managing international projects
  • Proven track record of securing funding to deliver international projects
  • Experience of committee work
  • Experience of line managing staff
  • Experience of web editing
