**Fine Art Private Clients and Storage Coordinator**

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Fine Art Private Clients and Storage Coordinator to join our  client in London, specialising in the field of Fine Art shipping.

The ideal candidate for the role of Fine Art Private Clients and Storage Coordinator will possess a robust background in Fine Art Shipping, demonstrating proficiency in dealing with key clients and exceptional customer service skills.

We are actively seeking self-motivated individuals with a comprehensive understanding of shipping procedures.

On a day-to-day basis, the Fine Art Private Clients and Storage Coordinator will be integral to the operations within the Private Clients and Storage Department. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating projects, Planning and executing installations, facilitating customs clearances and working with clients and also other departments within the business.

As the Fine Art Private Clients and Storage Coordinator, your primary role will involve maintaining client relationships and expectations. This encompasses providing support for inquiries and engaging with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.

**Key Duties:**

  • Coordination and management of projects
  • Coordinating and arranging shipping logistics
  • Facilitating Customs clearances
  • Planning and executing installations
  • Applying for Cultural Export Licences / CITES Permits, etc.
  • Assisting the head of the department with problem resolution
  • Communication with all office and warehouse staff
  • Collaborating with other departments and working away from the base as required
  • Fulfilling any other ad-hoc duties as necessary.
