We at Wharf Inventories are an independent property inventory company who covers all areas of London. We pride ourselves in providing detailed, precise and clear inventory reports to letting agents, landlords and tenants.
We are growing the team and are looking for experienced inventory clerks. This role will require you to be self-employed, so any expenses and taxes will be your own responsibility. Days and hours are flexible and you will be paid per job.
Your Responsibilities
- You will be travelling to and from agents/properties throughout London, recording fixtures, fittings and the condition of property via dictation, written and photographic form.
- You will be liaising with the team to compile an inventory report for the landlord and tenant.
- You are also responsible for having your own computer and camera.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience as a property inventory clerk is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with people at all levels.
- Well-presented and professional
- Pro-active, reliable & attention to detail
- Punctual, organised and ability to meet deadlines
- Flexible with a can-do attitude and able to work well under pressure
