IT Assets Inventory Specialist needed for a global client based in Hammersmith London.

Permanent . 5 Days on site.

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Lifecycle of IT assets within the organisation ensuring the efficient utilisation of IT assets while minimising costs, maintaining compliance, and optimising asset utilisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, and associated documentation.

Track asset locations, ownership, configurations, and status updates throughout their lifecycle.

Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of asset records and reconcile any discrepancies.

Receives all requests for hardware, checks stock, and arranges issue of hardware for New Starters, Device Refresh, or Interns.

Accepts devices from Leavers and re-assigns those devices which can be reused.

Asset Procurement and Deployment.

Collaborate with local SDM teams, to identify stock order requirements for peripheral items.

Coordinate asset replenishment through task management against RITMs

Asset Lifecycle Management:

Take Delivery of new stock to Hammersmith location and ensure these are uploaded into the Inventory Management systems

Liaise with regional EMEA EUC teams during receipt of new stock and upload to the Inventory Management systems

Key skills and Experience:

IT Asset Management and Inventory experience

Experience with device lifecycle management system / processes.

Able to work within an agile environment.

Excellent communication both written and verbal.

Exceptional time management skills, punctual and reliable.

Agile approach to workload and work schedule, responding to last minute requests.
