Property Inventory Clerk – £30,000 - £32,000 + £38,000 OTE Package – North West LondonAre you an experienced Property Inventory Clerk with a strong background in inventory checks and property inspection? Conducting detailed inventory inspections of residential properties across North West London.
Recording property conditions and compiling accurate reports.
Identifying any maintenance or repair needs and reporting accordingly.

Previous experience in property inventories, inspections, or lettings.
