Hours: 42.5hours per week, Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5pm or 7am-4.30pm

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar stock control or inventory management role is a must.
  • Self-Starter: Someone who can work independently, take initiative, and maintain focus even when working under pressure.
  • Tech-Savvy & Methodical: Strong IT skills, practical problem-solving abilities, and a methodical approach to handling inventory.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, along with proficiency in administrative tasks, are essential.
  • Team Player: While you'll be handling many tasks independently, you’ll also be working closely with the rest of the team to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Stock Control: Manage the entire process of stock receipt, storage, distribution, and sales.
  • Maintain Optimal Stock Levels: Ensure inventory is always at the right level to meet demand without excess or loss.
  • Resolve Discrepancies: Investigate stock discrepancies and take prompt action to resolve issues.
  • Run Reports & Take Action: Generate stock enquiry reports and act on any necessary adjustments.
  • Prevent Losses: Follow company policies and procedures to maintain accurate stock records with at least 90% accuracy.
  • Daily & End-of-Year Duties: Monitor inventory, collect daily damage reports, manage returns, and assist with year-end inventory processes.
