What will you do as a Supply Chain Assistant?
- Liaising with suppliers and raising POs for finish goods
- Organising movement of inbound stock into 3PL warehouse
- Working with 3PL warehouse and operations team to monitor inventory levels
- Assisting the operations manager with monthly stock forecasting
- Chasing outstanding POs and management of supplier invoicing
- Monitoring production schedules timelines with contract manufacturer
What do you need as a Supply Chain Assistant?
- Previous experience within a supply chain role in FMCG is essential
- Experience with ERP software ideally Unleashed
- Worked with 3PL warehouse and contract manufacturers
- Happy to be onsite in Southeast London 5 days a week
- Keen to learn and progress within supply chain taking on more responsibility
- Ability to build lasting relationships, goes above and beyond for customers
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
