Position Overview:

They are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join their team within fulfilment and quality control. The successful candidate will ensure the quality of products before they are shipped to customers, perform quality checks on and pack items. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality control checks on goods, ensuring all products meet the expected high standards before shipping.
  • Inspect for defects.
  • Pack and prepare goods.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Collaborate with the fulfilment team and assist with various tasks during peak periods.
  • Ensure all products are packed securely and labeled correctly for shipment.
  • Help maintain stock accuracy by keeping track of packaging materials and supplies.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment, bringing a friendly and proactive attitude to work every day.

Key Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail is essential, as quality control is a critical aspect of this role.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and contribute to a friendly, supportive environment.
  • Previous experience in a fulfilment, warehouse, or quality control role is desirable, but not essential. 
  • Ability to manage time effectively and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines, especially during busy periods.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow procedures accurately.
