Key Responsibilities- Lead the operational management of a nationwide BTR portfolio.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational reporting to achieve cost efficiencies.
- Drive the successful mobilization of new sites while ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and site inspections.
- Oversee escalated complaints and identify opportunities for continuous service improvement.
- Develop and mentor a team of senior managers, facilities teams, and estate staff.
- Proven expertise in operational and financial management within property portfolios.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, managing expectations effectively.
