We have partnered with a medium sized, top performing Lloyd's business to find them a Capital Manager. Offering fantastic exposure and the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Capital and Chief Actuary in what is essentially a deputy head of capital role.
- Top performing Lloyd's player over the last 25 years.
- Leadership role within a capital team that utilises the model for business performance and strategy.
- 1-2 direct reports as well as mentoring the wider team with close ties to the Risk function.
- Lead capital model development projects within Remetrica.
- Lead model use projects including portfolio analysis, reinsurance analysis and capital allocation.
- Manage risk parameterisation projects across all risk categories on a cyclical basis.
