I am working with a Global Asset Manager, who are looking for an experienced change lead to help them build out and develop their Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) capabilities and merge two businesses together on to a single operating model.

We are looking for an Asset Management professional with senior level experience in:

  • Operating model design
  • Exchange Traded Funds (ETF)
  • Deep Middle Office experience
  • Understanding of Front, Middle and Back office
  • Change Lead level role
  • Technology and Business Savvy
  • Mix of PM and BA work (Desirable)

This is a 12 month contract with a salary up to £170k per year, please note the salary is dependent on expectations and experience. Standard company benefits will be included with a discretionary bonus paid on top of base salary. This is a hybrid role based out of Central London, the expectation is to be on site in London 2-3 days per week.
