My client is Chartered Independent IFA Firm in London, who due to ongoing expansion are looking to take on an experienced Client facing IFA Administrator/Junior Paraplanner who has gained at least 2 + years’ experience working in a senior support role in Wealth Management and working towards Level 4 diploma. 2 days in office and 3 days WFH.

You will be working with a well-established team of Advisers, where you will play a pivotal part of team/ Company with end-to-end administration across pensions, investments, tax & estate planning, and protection. The role is varied, and you will be doing basic suitability reports, processing fund switches, valuations, illustrations, and preparing client meeting packs annual reviews. Key part of the role is being client facing with Adviser and being able to build strong relationships.
