A growing Investment Manager has an interim role for a 12-month period with a focus on client onboarding, offboarding, payments, and financial instrument movements. This position requires exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and address inefficiencies in client operations workflows, implementing strategic solutions to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.
Client Onboarding Support: Facilitate seamless onboarding experience by guiding new clients through the process, addressing queries, and ensuring all requirements are met.
Work closely with Compliance, Client Services, and Sales teams to support efficient operations and effectively respond to client needs.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all onboarding activities comply with UK regulatory standards, including FCA, KYC, GDPR, and anti-money laundering requirements.
Provide ad hoc assistance and support across the Client Operations department to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of applications of new investors and on-boarding processes.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
