As part of our Senior Management Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in coaching, managing, and supporting financial advisers to achieve their full potential. With a strong focus on developing new talent from our in-house TPG Academy and supporting experienced advisers, you’ll help deliver exceptional client outcomes and drive business success.

About the Role:

  • Coaching & Development: Lead and inspire advisers to build their skills, knowledge, and confidence through tailored coaching, feedback, and training.
  • Leadership: Manage a team of advisers, supporting them to grow revenues, attract new clients, and maintain client satisfaction in line with company objectives.
  • Strategic Impact: Shape and execute business plans for the team to meet company goals, ensuring advisers deliver consistent, high-quality service.
  • Support for New Advisers: Provide hands-on guidance to advisers who have recently gained an ICOB or COB licence, helping them transition into their roles effectively.
  • Culture Building: Foster a culture aligned with TPG’s values and maintain compliance with the prevailing regulatory environment.
  • Driving Growth: Influence both the business and advisers’ success through innovative strategies and personal development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual who thrives in a leadership role and has a proven track record of developing financial advisers. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with experience in developing adviser performance and business outcomes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the financial advice industry, including relevant qualifications (ICOB/COB) and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a passion for helping advisers and their clients succeed.
  • A proactive approach to driving growth and aligning your team with company values and goals.
  • DipPFS as a minimum, ideally working towards Chartered status
