We are currently working with a renowned name in property and construction consultancy, who are seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team in Central London as a Fund Monitoring Surveyor. As a Fund Monitoring Surveyor, you will play a key role in advising clients on development risks, monitoring project progress, and ensuring robust financial oversight. You will be working with a diverse portfolio of clients, including developers, lenders, and investors, providing expert guidance on projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting detailed due diligence on development projects.
  • Preparing comprehensive project monitoring reports.
  • Managing client relationships and maintaining strong communication channels.

Key Requirements

  • A proven track record in Fund Monitoring, with a background in Surveying.
