Job Title: Global Benefits Senior Manager

Location: Remote

Pay: 48 - 55 per hour

Duration: Temporary, 9- 11 months

Hours: Full-Time 40hr week, Monday- Friday

Lead with Purpose: Manage a high-performing team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Innovate: Cultivate a culture focused on excellence and continuous learning.

Strategize: Develop and execute a global benefits strategy aligned with business and talent objectives.

Design: Create comprehensive benefits programmes, covering health, welfare, retirement, and more!

Analyse: Stay competitive by analysing market trends and employee feedback.

Collaborate: Work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and Benefits Operations to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Enhance: Oversee vendor relationships and global benefits consultants to boost employee satisfaction.

Optimise: Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Lead Approvals: Present benefits design changes and recommendations to the U.S. Benefits Committee.

Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends to refine and enhance offerings.

Ensure Compliance: Work with legal teams to maintain regulatory standards.

Maintain Integrity: Uphold confidentiality and comply with company values and policies.

Experience/Skill Set We're Looking For:

Global Insight: Strong understanding of benefits trends and regulations across APAC, EMEA, and Americas.

Regulatory Expertise: Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, GDPR, and local laws.

Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

Project Management: Proven track record in delivering benefits programmes across regions.

Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Adaptable: Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.

Work Authorisation: Authorisation to work in the United States without sponsorship.
