My client provides Investment Administration and Investment Management services for large, UK institutional investors. Currently going through a period of planned growth we are looking for a bright and motivated Client Service specialist with experience in Pensions or Investments to step into the role of Investment Administration Team leader.
Key tasks of the Investment Administration Team Leader:
- Lead a team of 2 Client Service Associates
- Provide administration support to a portfolio of DC and Master Trust Pension Scheme Trustees and their professional Investment advisors (no member involvement)
- Liaise with and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Own client escalations and complex cases
- Work allocation and resource management
- Team skills and knowledge development
- Preparation of MI

We’d love to hear from you if you have the following skills/experience:
- 3 years’ experience in Pension and/or Investment Administration (essential)
- Working towards CISI Investment Operations Certificate or similar
- Some experience training/mentoring junior staff
- Confidence to accept growing levels of responsibility
- Strong passion for building and managing client relationships
- Proactive and collaborative nature
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
On offer to the Investment Administration Team Leader is a basic salary of £40,000 plus bonus, benefits package and the opportunity to work within a collaborative and sociable office environment. The role is hybrid, with two days per week spent in their beautful new office space in the heart of the City.
