Recruit UK is looking for an Investment Administrator to join a distinguished wealth management firm based in Edinburgh. Renowned for its professionalism in wealth management and financial planning, this firm is dedicated to building lasting relationships with clients.

Role Overview

As an Investment Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of service is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide support to Investment Managers, Portfolio Managers, clients, and introducers, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Client & Account Management: Handle client queries, process KYC and account amendments, and manage ISA/LISA/JISA subscriptions.
  • Transaction Processing: Facilitate internal/external cash and stock transfers, initiate payments, and ensure Investment Managers are updated.
  • Document & Meeting Preparation: Scan and file post, prepare reports and presentations, and assist with onboarding new clients.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Adherence: Maintain compliance with FCA Conduct Rules while building strong relationships with clients and introducers.
