Role Overview
As an Investment Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of service is maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide support to Investment Managers, Portfolio Managers, clients, and introducers, ensuring smooth operations.
- Client & Account Management: Handle client queries, process KYC and account amendments, and manage ISA/LISA/JISA subscriptions.
- Transaction Processing: Facilitate internal/external cash and stock transfers, initiate payments, and ensure Investment Managers are updated.
- Document & Meeting Preparation: Scan and file post, prepare reports and presentations, and assist with onboarding new clients.
- Regulatory & Compliance Adherence: Maintain compliance with FCA Conduct Rules while building strong relationships with clients and introducers.

Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in investment administration within Wealth or Investment Management, with a strong interest in financial services.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills with clients, advisers, Investment Managers, and stakeholders, driven by a passion for delivering successful outcomes.
