In this dynamic role you'll support the execution of Investment Strategy and Evaluation Analysis of real asset project.In addition you'll identify new investment opportunities and explore and expand investment partners across the UK and Global.

About Your Role, The Responsibilities:

As an Investment Manager/Investment Analyst,

you will be a subject matter expert on:

  • Participate and support the analysts Investments’Real Estate portfolio,complete the evaluation report of the project independently.
  • Support in the analysis of prospective real estate transactions across sectors (e.g. residential, logistics, office, etc.)
  • Explore the Real Estate Investment equity Partners (e.g. from funds,Private Equity, Insurance Funds, Family office);
  • Managing investment due diligence on acquisitions
  • Specialist real estate investor relations
  • Supporting the execution of client solution strategies for existing and new Real Estate Equity investors with a particular focus on Build to sale\rent
  • Evaluating the attractiveness of investment opportunities
  • Tracking portfolio performance and managing portfolio reporting

Requirement:

What You will Need

  • A background in Real Estate, such as investment manager, practitioner or analysis specialist at an investment consultancy, developer, or in-house team of an asset owner.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • An existing Real Estate investor and consultant network primarily across UK and Global
  • Significant industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate markets and evaluate calculation of Investment Analysis Model.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills.
