Real Estate Investment Manager / Director, London (Hybrid)
Negotiable base and comp structure
London based property investor who focus on deploying capital across the student accommodation sector is actively looking to recruit someone at Investment Manager or Director level.
Applicants will need to hold relevant exposure of sourcing and executing deals across the Student Accommodation space and have a credible track record and able to showcase their past success within this niche of the real estate sector.
Management of lesser experienced team members will also be part of the remit, so experience of mentoring and working with others is also essential.
The role will be based in Central London, working within a boutique sized business.
Salary and comp structure will be discussed by the firm with applicants directly and will be tailored around individuals' capabilities and requirements, however it has been indicated that a competitive base salary will be on the table along with a bonus commensurate with success of deals closed.
If you are currently sitting within an organisation in the student property space and considering a move, you have the skills to not only execute deals but also play an integral role in sourcing them, this may be an excellent option and platform for you.
