As the Pension Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of a high-quality administration service while managing resources effectively to meet client needs and organisational goals. Your leadership will ensure that we achieve service level agreements (SLAs), support ongoing client requirements, and successfully manage change requests.

This will be a fully remote Contract for minimum term of 6 Months. Defined benefit Administration experience is a MUST have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop teams, ensuring a client-focused approach to service delivery within budgeted resources.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities to direct reports and the wider team.
  • Oversee Employee Benefits client portfolios and internal projects, ensuring milestones are met and client expectations managed.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of CRM and Head of of Pensions Admin to maintain positive client relationships.
  • Strategically manage workload and resources to achieve annual commercial targets and support revenue-generating projects.
  • Drive business growth by contributing to new business opportunities, including responding to RFPs and delivering presentations at pitches.
  • Ensure pensions are calculated accurately, paid promptly, and directed to the correct accounts.

You are a results-oriented professional with:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent client relationship management capabilities.
  • Proven experience in resource planning and delivering to SLAs.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
  • Attention to detail to ensure compliance and accuracy in pension administration.
