About the Role:

As Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in investment decisions. Reporting to the Investment Director, you will work closely with investment and executive teams, leveraging your financial expertise to drive data-driven strategies. The successful candidate will own key processes, streamline internal systems, and contribute to impactful decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with investment, asset management, and executive teams to drive investment decisions.
  • Support capital raising and debt initiatives alongside the executive team.
  • Identify and unlock value-add opportunities at the asset, portfolio, and business level.
  • Take ownership of streamlining financial modelling processes in partnership with Finance.
  • Provide regular performance reports to investor clients on portfolio and new acquisitions.

Skills & Experience:

  • Advanced financial modelling and data analytical expertise within real estate investment, accountancy, or banking.
  • Ability to work effectively within a close-knit team and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Strong interest in market trends and the ability to plan ahead.
  • Comfortable presenting complex analyses to internal stakeholders and external investors.
