Day Rate: £700 per day Outside IR35Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)

Company Overview:We are a well-established insurance firm undergoing a major digital transformation to improve customer service and operational efficiency. A key part of this initiative is the implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and its integration with insurance platforms such as Azur Tech, Novidea, and Guidewire.

Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the implementation of Salesforce FSC and ensure it integrates effectively with our existing insurance systems. This role will involve working with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to deliver a smooth, efficient, and future-proof solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning through to implementation and post-launch support.
  • Work closely with internal teams, technology partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Manage the integration of Salesforce FSC with platforms such as Azur Tech, Novidea, and Guidewire, ensuring a reliable and efficient data flow.
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance on Salesforce FSC and Omnistudio, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Identify potential risks and develop proactive solutions to minimise disruption.
  • Implement quality assurance and testing measures to ensure system stability before go-live.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to support teams in adopting the new system.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience leading Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations in the insurance sector.
  • Strong track record of integrating Salesforce with platforms such as Azur Tech, Novidea, and Guidewire.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Omnistudio for process automation and customer engagement.
  • Ability to manage complex projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce certifications, particularly in FSC and Omnistudio.
