One of banking clients if looking for Scrum Master for a long term contract
Role: Scrum Master
Rate: 450/day inside IR35
Location: London - onsite
Candidate's responsibilities:
- Coaching the team and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum principles and practices
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies like Sprint planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- Delivery and Release management
- Collaborating with the Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments to improve its productivity
- Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment that motivates and empowers team members to deliver their best work
Requirements:
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master, with excellent knowledge of Scrum principles and practices
- Excellent English communication skills, B2+ level is required
- Experience working in Investment Banking projects is preferred
- High level of responsibility and accuracy.
- Hands-on knowledge working with Data projects, Release management would be a big plus.
