Based in Marylebone, London, you will be part of a tight-knit and passionate team of experienced consultants who are renowned in the industry for their ability to secure new business and deliver for their clients, with a proven track record of delivering on and off-market opportunities across the UK. As a Senior Development and Investment Consultant, your main role will be to bring in instructions and sell sites. This role is ideal for someone looking to enhance their career within a successful business and offers large scope for further career progression. Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and negotiate property development and investment opportunities in residential and commercial sectors
  • Negotiate transactions with developers and investors
  • Establish and develop internal and external client relationships
  • Work with clients to understand their investment aspirations and seek opportunities best-suited to their business objectives
  • Provide senior level consultancy and advice throughout the client sales cycle
  • Build new and maintain existing relationships with clients and the wider industry
  • Undertake commercial and legal due diligence
 Key Skills and Attributes:
  • A minimum of three years’ sales experience in UK property development and investment
  • Knowledge and understanding across all property sectors
  • A track record in acquiring and disposing of residential development and investment opportunities
  • Ability to appraise and value opportunities
  • Experience with selling off market opportunities
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation within the industry
  • Have an excellent telephone manner and an ability to quickly tap into prospective clients’ key goals and aspirations
  • A proven track record of generating fees
  • An impressive following/contact base
