Senior Development and Investment Consultant - Duties:
- To source property development and investment opportunities in both the residential and commercial sectors
- To work closely with clients to understand their needs and source opportunities best-suited to them
- To negotiate transactions with developers and investors
- To establish and develop client relationships
- To run a compliant business by being diligent
- To provide professional consultancy and advice throughout the client’s journey
Senior Development and Investment Consultant - Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- A minimum of three years sales experience in UK property development and investment
- An understanding of the property market across multiple sectors
- A track record in acquiring and disposing of residential development and investment opportunities
- Ability to appraise and value opportunities
- Experience with selling off market opportunities
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation within the industry
- Have an excellent telephone manner and an ability to quickly tap into prospective client’s key goals and aspirations
- A proven track record of generating fees
- An impressive following/contact base
Senior Development and Investment Consultant - Remuneration:
- £40,000+ basic salary, commensurate with experience
- Up to £100,000 On Target Earning potential
