SENIOR INVESTMENT CONSULTANT - SHOREDITCHMy client, a fast-growing tech-based real estate firms in the UK, are currently seeking Senior Investment Consultants to join their office in the City Of London to serve the increasing demand from their ever growing client base.Reporting to the Associate Director you will be responsible for selling exclusive off-plan property investment opportunities to clients all over the world.What's in it for you?

  • They provide each consultant with a premium level of high quality warm leads per week which can be managed through our world-leading CRM.
  • These are hot enquiries from paid media and you will be interacting with high-net-worth individuals who have expressed an interest in purchasing property.

Duties:

  • Mentor and train investment consultants, providing guidance and expertise.
  • Lead the office meetings and project guidance and presentations in the absence of the AD.
  • · Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices.
  • · Negotiate complex transactions and terms, ensuring favourable outcomes for clients and NPG.
  • Respond promptly to incoming warm leads, demonstrating agility and proactive engagement.
  • Connect with potential investors via various channels
  • Conduct on-site visits and meetings when required to establish rapport and understanding their investment goals and offering strategic recommendations.
  • Assist clients with off-plan investments, payment structures, and market trends.
  • Use persuasive negotiation for beneficial deal closures and navigate transactions accurately.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation forms, commission forms, records of client interactions and investment transactions using CRM software; Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Aftersales, Mortgage Brokers to streamline processes, optimise client experiences, and enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales or client-facing roles (real estate is highly desirable).
  • Strong interest in the real estate industry, investment principles, financial markets, and property development dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in utilising technology platforms such as Salesforce, WhatsApp, and Dropbox for client engagement and relationship management.
