We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Investment Consultant to join our growing sales team. As a Senior Investment Consultant, you will be responsible for driving revenue through outbound sales calls, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. You will play a crucial role in the overall sales strategy, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage outbound telesales campaigns to generate new business opportunities and meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior telesales team members, helping them improve their performance and achieve their targets.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate client and sales information.
- Handle objections and challenges from prospects with professionalism and confidence.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports to management, outlining performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Investment Broker, Sales Representative, or similar role, with at least 2 years in sales
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working with investment products.
