We are seeking to hire a Senior Investment Manager for an investment company. The selected candidate will report to company Investment Committee or its Board of Directors.

The company is involved in a variety of investment activities, with a primary focus on private equity and hedge funds.

This is an exceptionally stable position where staff are well looked after with a view to keeping people for the long term, so "fit" is as important as technical skill set and experience. At the same time a "fully finished" candidate will be equally well considered if the fit to the team is right.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management.
  • Conduct due diligence on new investment opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with fund managers, banks, advisors, and external partners.
  • Lead capital deployment, structuring, and negotiations.
  • Monitor and report investment performance to family office principal(s).
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and investment governance.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in asset management, hedge funds, private equity, preferably similar last role.
  • Strong network and deal-sourcing capabilities.
  • Experience with portfolio construction, risk analysis, and due diligence.
