Their services are designed to enhance advisers' business value by providing customized and institutional-quality tools.

They are seeking an experienced Senior Operations and Project Manager with a strong background in leadership, project management, and governance. This senior-level contract role is ideal for an individual who has previously held a COO position or has over 10 years of experience in a similar capacity. Experience in M&A or taking a company public is highly desirable. The role offers flexibility and is part time - 2 days per week (Mondays and Fridays).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Maintain CRM, monitor pipeline, and liaise with telesales.
  • Marketing: Manage website, event bookings, and coordination with events team.
  • Product: Oversee contracts, collaborate on software projects, and manage product records and launches.
  • Technology: Liaise with tech team on DRP and Password Vault.
  • Corporate & Governance: Maintain board records and liaise with the Company Secretary.
  • Regulatory: Coordinate with compliance consultants and manage FCA portals.
  • Finance & Legal: Budget, account management, and legal contract oversight.
  • HR & Insurance: Maintain HR records, insurance policies, and health & safety compliance.

Attributes & Experience:

  • Senior-level experience, preferably as a former COO or with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong experience in operations, project management, and governance.
  • M&A experience or experience taking a company public is highly desirable.
  • Self-starter with a focus on detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • A keen interest in investments and the financial sector.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in operations and/or project management at a senior level.
  • Preferably experienced in M&A or taking a company public.
