Senior Portfolio Manager

London base with some remote working

This role is pivotal in supporting the Head of Build-to-Rent and Portfolio Director in managing the operational delivery for a prominent Build-to-Rent (BTR) client with a growing portfolio. As a senior team member, you will oversee CRM, daily operations, and property management across all schemes within this portfolio, ensuring excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operational delivery and leasing for a large BTR portfolio.
  • Prepare operational reports and develop comprehensive business plans.
  • Identify and implement operational expenditure improvements.
  • Oversee portfolio-wide work streams and lead on project delivery.
  • Ensure effective estate management and site operations.
  • Manage the mobilisation of new sites, ensuring readiness and smooth transitions.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for on-site teams.
  • Maintain site-based health and safety compliance across all properties.
  • Lead weekly calls with the client and appointed contractors/partners.
  • Conduct quarterly site inspections, ensuring high standards.
  • Handle escalated complaints, providing timely resolutions.
