Are you a Team Assistant keen to be part of London's most dynamic and fast-paced investment firms? This is your opportunity to join a market leader that’s shaping the future, not just within London, but globally.  You will be joining a collaborative assistant team in this boutique division where you will support MD level, Senior Associates and VPs. You will be highly organised, proactive and have sharp communication skills to ensure that their days run smoothly. This is a driven and unified team where your contributions will truly matter. You must have 3 - 6 years of experience as an Assistant within the investment sector, from Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management or professional services.Duties include, but are not limited to: 
  • Extensive calendar management for MD level and would have supported a wider team
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and calls
  • Organising international travel arrangements, international and domestic flights, accommodation
  • Providing support for colleagues when needed
